Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, as they bind you to the Merchant, owner of the Site. In addition, you also agree to electronic communication with the Merchant for all your exchanges and acknowledge that such communications meet all requirements of written communication.
We reserve the full discretion to refuse service, cancel an order, close your account, delete or modify the content of the Site, or cancel an order, whether or not you have complied with these terms and conditions.

The products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence, which is 18 years old in the province of Quebec. By using the Merchant’s Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your place of residence.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that all information published on our Site is free of errors, but we cannot guarantee this. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are listed in Canadian currency.
The products offered on our Site, as well as offer dates, prices, availability, features, and technical specifications of these products, are subject to review and change without notice. It is possible that a product ordered online may no longer be available in our inventory or may be impossible to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. In such a case, we will cancel the order and refund any amounts paid, if applicable.
Your sole remedy in the event of non-compliance with a product description is to return the product in its original packaging for a refund, in accordance with the refund provisions set out below.

The goods we offer are works of art.
The goods covered by this document are those displayed on our site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images we provide regarding our goods are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on this site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment method you have chosen to use.
If we believe that your payment has violated a law or any of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
Order Errors
In the event that you believe an error occurred while placing an order, we invite you to notify us without delay, but no later than forty-eight (48) hours after discovering it, by sending us a message at the following address: nathaliegodard99.com, and by providing sufficient details about the error that was made.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees are free throughout Quebec, except for small formats that are smaller or measure 10 x 10 inches. Shipping fees for small formats are $25.
Elsewhere in Canada, the United States, and internationally, fees will be calculated by the artist according to the weight and dimensions of the artwork. This information will be communicated to you before shipment for your approval.
The delivery method, carrier name, and delivery time will be determined and communicated to you by the Merchant.
We undertake to deliver your purchases within a reasonable time, subject to the availability of the carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the purchased products.
The risk of loss and ownership of the purchased item are transferred to you when the item is handed over to the carrier or, if the goods cross an international border, after customs clearance.
When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge that you will provide a valid email address and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will provide you with a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation, Termination, Return, or Refund Policy
You may cancel the order of an item that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the issue that leads you to cancel the order within forty-eight (48) hours of discovering it by sending us a message at the following address: nathaliegodard99@gmail.com, and you must first obtain consent to cancel the order.
You may request a refund for an item that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the issue affecting your product within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving it and first obtain a refund authorization. Afterwards, if required by the Merchant, you must ship the item as follows:
Returns may be made in person, by appointment, at the following location:

For returns by mail, please carefully package the products to be returned and make sure to use the original packaging.
We do not cover return shipping costs.
In all cases where a return of merchandise is required by the Merchant, ownership of a returned item is transferred to the Merchant only once it has been received at the Merchant’s physical place of business.
Warranties
Limitation of liability. Once the artwork has been received and accepted, the artist is no longer responsible for damage caused by handling, installation, storage location, or storage temperature.
Nathalie Godard will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, Nathalie Godard will not be held responsible for any problem arising from improper use of this site.
Indemnity
As a user, you hereby indemnify Nathalie Godard from any liability, cost, cause of action, damage, or expense arising from your use of this site or your violation of any of the provisions set out in this document.
Applicable Laws
This document is governed by the applicable laws of Canada and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.
For EU residents, the GDPR is the applicable law governing this document. In the event of any inconsistency between a provision of this document and the GDPR, the GDPR rules shall prevail.
Severability
If, at any time, any of the provisions set out in this document are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions shall be deemed void and removed from this document. All other provisions shall not be affected by the laws, and the remainder of the document shall continue to be considered valid.
